I need some clearing up of questions

Ok, so to obtain a fully automatic weapon I need to go find one...This gun has to be made before 1986, I find it and then apply for the weapon on a form 4 right? then I have to pay my 200 bucks finger prints, picture and CLEO of my city signature. and once everything is paid it gets transfered to me. What about owning a gun that has been made after 1986, is it possible to own a converted glock or something like that? Or is that only for LEO's and class 3 dealers to legally have and own. While I'm on the questions list what does it mean if magazines are marked "For law enforcement only" is this a legal thing or what?

You have to buy the gun before you submit the form 4. Most dealers won't let you start transferring ownership to yourself without paying for the item first.:D

Unless your state has a ban on certain magazines ignore the law enforcement labels. It's a throwback to a bad dream from 1994.
