A central Iowan here, fairly new to owning and shooting hand guns (bought my first of two on tax day of this year; not exactly planned for but it seems there should be a certain symbolism there.

cental south central here, Oskaloosa to be exact, mail me anyone that needs a shooting partner as nowhere in Iowa is really that far.
We almost have enough for an Iowa get together?

PS: BTW Im a certified NRA instructor if anyone needs some help or knows someone who does?

Good to see so many Iowans.

An Iowa get together would be fun at some point, but I'll have to start by going to the range with a few of the guys :)

Unfortunately this will be a while before I can do it as someone ran over my SA-93 at the afore-mentioned Blackhawk park :(
Fortunately he missed my bag of 30 round clips. I would have been really really mad but he's a gunsmith and has offered to fix it for free and to give me some ammo :)

Also, I've got some sort of stomach problem and have to go see the doctor on Tuesday.

Geez, I'm starting to sound like FUD. Next thing you know my house will blow up ;)

Anyway, drop me an email and we'll arrange something.
