i need a new pack, some advise please...

i have a CFP-90 and while i do like it for somethings, its really just too damn big for most of what i need. so im looking for a new pack
something 2000-4000cu in or so. (i think the CFP-90 is around 7500 or so?)

something with shoulder straps, a waist belt and internal frame, made from cordura. (ie, something durable) last of all, about $200 or so.

i dont really know where to start though. i hear good things about the kifaru packs (www.kifaru.net) but id have to wait for either the "pointman" or the unnamed 4000 cu in pack to come out.

anything else i should look at?

go to www.blackhawkindustries.com and check out their tactical packs. i'm pretty sure that they still make them in non-tactical colors for civilian/rescue use. london bridge trading company also has some good packs.

id rather stay away from blackhawk and buy something US made. "tactical" colors dont bother me, id prefer OD green anyhow...i had the ALICE pack in the Army and it left A LOT to be desired, so nothing based off that either...

i believe that london bridge trading packs are US made. they're of similar design to the blackhawk packs.
