I need 10/22 parts!

Does anyone know how to contact Ruger via phone or email to order parts? The 10/22 owner's manual only has a mailing address and I can't find any type of contact on their web site. I could also use an updated price list.

I have a 10/22 that I haven't fired for years because for some reason, the extractor, spring and plunger took off to parts unknown...

I'm a major procrastinator when it comes to filling out an envelope and mailing a check or money order, so a phone # or email addy would get my baby back on the firing line.

Had to go through the regular mail to get new sights for my MKII from Ruger. They did include the entire pricelist of all of the parts for the gun.
