I hope Clinton is lying about this

The great state of Nebraska has had the distinct honor of being the only Clinton-free state in the country :D . In the years he has been in office, he has visited every other state, but has not been here. We haven't missed him.
However, according to todays paper, he is planning on coming here before his term ends. I knew it was too good to last. :(
White House press secretary Joe Lockhart said that Clinton has "long indicated...he wants to go to Nebraska".
State Dem. Chairwoman Anne Boyle actually believes that, as well as stating " I am especially pleased that they've characterized it as saving the best for last."
Yeah, right, gimme a break. :rolleyes:
State Rep. Party Chair Chuck Sigerson says "Really?" "Bill Clinton is not known for keeping his promises so we'll see." :p

As I said in the subject line, I hope he is lying about this.

He probably just found out that there are a bunch of young girls also at Boys Town .The name fooled him for a while .

We have had the unfortunate luck of having him here in MN three times recently.
Now today we have to put up with Al Gore.

Boy, I really hate our Governor. They say he is a bost for tourism but these aren't the kind of tourists I like. Keep em in Washington and make them do work.

One of the San Fran radio stations found out that BC was comming to town for a money grab. They figures out which neighborhood the dinner was being hosted in and had a bunch of flyers printed up. The kind that hang on the door knob. They stole some of the Megans Law type language and the flyer was posted on all the nearby doors to warn you about a "sexual predator" that was going to be in the neighborhood. Pretty Funny :)
 
Having learned from our national experience, I *always* assume that Clinton is lying. However, if it's in his own personal interest to visit Nebraska, he may just be telling the truth--this time. My regrets to the Cornhusker State.
