I have to take this call: bang!

wow, that article was written today, but i saw a tv show that was showing off that gun about a year ago. i think it was on the discovery channel.

if i remember right, its .22lr and it doesn't shoot threw the antenna, each one goes threw its own "barrel" (if you can call it that).

These have been around for a long time. I used to work in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, we started to hear about these phoneguns being made probably a decade ago.
The first ones were single shot, then later the four shot versions (each with it's own little barrel.) Key combinations on the keypad would fire the rounds.

I remember seeing an video clip about 3 years ago about one; they had been finding them on airline passengers.

"If he picked up my Smith"

Yea,that's true.

But a little kid walking around with a cell phone (loaded with 22 bullets) would NEVER get any attention until the little tyke killed himself or someone else just in a heartwrenchingly bad incident.

The intention of this pistol leaves no doubt to why it was made.

It is designnd to by pass lax security and effect a hit on someone.

Maybe it's designed for a different purpose. The barrels point inward, and the things fires when it receives a certain text message! Wow, what a teen-thriller that would make, huh?
