You have a question, but you don't have complete sentences or even whole words.

I think you made reference to a picture but there is no picture in your post.

I don't mean to be an ass but we can't help you if we can't understand.

Yes. That is a SBR. You have to file a form 1 on the Glock to legally use it in that stock.

I have a friend that has that kind of setup on his Glock 17. It's goofy looking but it is pretty awesome to shoot.

Here is a great video that member Sturmgewehre made explaining how to do form 1s and form 4s.

what do i have to do in order to get it
Fill out a few forms, get finger printed, get photographed, get a signature from a CLEO, give $200 to the ATF, wait and wait and wait.

It seems like quite a process the first time you do it but it isn't that hard really.

what happens if the CLEO doesnt Sign the Forms??? then what can i do inorder for me to have NFA Toys :D alot of the CLEO's around my area wont sign it because most of them a just elected officials and all it is, is a bunch of political bs with them and aren't really big on law abiding citizens owning NFA firearms in their county, IE suppressors, SBR, SMG, full autos. My fiancee works for the Sherri's Dept and i asked her to talk the the Sheriff and what i said above is what he told her.

You can form a trust. Then Fill out the form 1 in the name of the trust and you don't need a CLEO sign off. The SBR would then be engraved with the Trust name, City, ST instead of your Name, City, ST.

Still requires the $200 Tax, and the 5-6month wait for the stamp to come back.

so everytime I want to buy a SBR, SMG, FUll Auto, I have to fill out the trust form? and pay for a $200 stamp and wait 5-6 months to get what i bought/ordered and have it engraved each time i want to buy someting?

Well, you have to have it engraved if you make a regular gun into a NFA firearm. If you buy one from someone else, you don't have to engrave it. (And you can't make machineguns. You can only buy the ones already in the registry)

Other than that... Yep. That's pretty much it.

The NFA game requires two things, money and patience.

I dont have very good patience when it comes to something i buy lol and also say i wanted to buy a m4 5.56 with select fire or a H&K MP5 with select fire can I buy those with a trust and also do they have to have a Date of Manufacturing before 1986?

They have to have been made and registered before 1986.

M16s are going between $12000 and $20000 these days. Depending on condition and actual model. Colt M16A2 is the collector's prize and they are very expensive. You can get a AR 15 converted to full auto (that was registered before 86) for a lot less.

MP5s are all close to $20000

And you will be waiting 6 months to take your toy home.
