With all these ballot boxes coming up and absentee ballots uncounted, it will be awfull easy for the Democrats to slip in a few here, a few there, and push this thing over the top for Gore. Add to the argument that Bush didn't win the popular vote if they DON'T manage to cheat and I'm pretty nervous. It's already been deomnstrated that the Gore camp and Dems in general will do whatever it takes, honest or otherwise, to retain power. Please, someboy cheer me up :(
 
I agree. the Dems have been lying and cheating for years and NOBODY stops them. Why would it be any different now...

Max...its not a question of Gore will cheat.

They have been cheating from the git-go: campaign finances, Buddist nuns, St Louis MO, Detroit, illegal aliens in Cali, ciggies to the homeless, the Palm Beach ballot fiasco.

What blows my mind is that they are so inept and obvious and petulant about it: "Hey we cheated fair and square and its not working. Thats not fair!"

Only a Democrat would demand and think they are entitled to a second chance to rig an election

True. If the CIC so obviously does not believe in the rule of law enough to enforce it (as is the responsibility of the executive branch), who the hell can!? What is the avenue of redress? Not once have I heard anyone actually take action or even deem these happenings as worthy of even investigation! I personally feel compelled to find some way to raise this issue. IT IS NOT ALL RIGHT! Why do we let them get away with it! GRRRRRRRRRRR... :MAD::MAD::MAD::MAD::MAD:

What is interesting was that when they thought that Bush had a lead of over 10,000 or so, they said that they would not ask for a recall... When it got closer, and easier to rig, then they're all over it. And folks are "finding" ballot boxes, etc...

Typical - They feel that the "noble" end justifies any means...
 
I have a friend who calls herself a "displaced Democrat"; she voted for Bush and several other Republicans, and is a strong supporter of the 2d Amendment. She worked in several Democratic campaigns several elections ago. When I told her about the St. Louis shenanigans, she shrugged and said, "That's Democratic politics as usual." I hope the silence from Republicans about St. Louis doesn't mean they might have engaged in similar conduct some time or other.

Marshal, I'm sure that the Reps have done the same thing in years past, and maybe even this year. In the end that are ALL politicians first and foremost. Very few of them are honest citizens.
 
Taz, you got that right. In one of my earlier incarnations I worked as counsel to a committee in the Texas House of Representatives during a legislative session, and got to see the sausage being made up close and personal. I have also testified in front of Texas House and Senate committees. That's a character-building experience; there are no right answers and anything you say is wrong. It was very discouraging. But I still have to believe that our system is still better than anybody else's. If I don't believe that, I can't teach my children their duty as a citizen. And that's my duty as a parent.

I'm a Florida voter.....after I voted yesterday I drove directly to my local gunshop and bought a Beretta 92FS and that milspec SA 1911A1 i'd been eyeing for the last month.

Then off to work, smiling and confident.

Don't worry about the FL recount. There has been exactly one found "ballot box" and it was in Gore country in Dade Co. It was picked up by "election officials" and found to contain....office supplies.

Remember that GWB's brother Jeb is the *governor* here. Jeb was a behind-the-scenes player in South FL politics for a long time. Ran twice against Dem's in some down-and-dirty campaigns. He knows the tricks.....

I'm still smiling....and confident.

They're just trying to buy a little time. tommorrow, Janet Reno and the Elian squad will make a predawn raid to seize the ballot boxes, they will then be misplaced in the whitehouse, only to be found by a housekeeper at a much later date, then CS tanks will roll in and incendiary rounds will result in total destruction of the ballots to ensure that democracy is preserved.
 
Well boys and girls, remember the three boxes that are necessary to maintain a Free Republic.

1. Jury Box
2. Ballot Box
3. Bullet Box

My take on those three things.

1. The OJ trial proved that a myth.

2. This election may prove that to be a myth.

3. The current misadministration has painfully tried to make that a myth.

Perhaps they need a reminder of what that's really about after all!!

Kiddies, we're looking at a dicatatorship about to emerge, if we allow that crap to unwind upon us.
 
The humorous thing is that even with all this widespread cheating, the Dems still LOST!

Geesh, I guess people really are sick the the DemiRATs. They can't even cheat fast enough to win.


Here is what I predict: Gore will push for a court battle and recount etc, but Bush will talk to Gore privately and tell him that if he drags this out, that Bush will drag all of this Democrat voter fraud into the limelight. At that, Gore will have to go back into his hole because the more noise Gore makes, the more noise Bush can make. JMHO.

I am NOT a Republican. And I feel that it would be flat out difficult for the Repubs to cheat. They don't have any Unions to buy off. They don't have any inmates to send absentee ballots to. They don't have any minorities to buy off, and no illegal immigrants to "register" illegally. All these things and more the Dems have done this election. And, the Dems have more shady people as a whole, who see their end result as justification for any measures to attain victory. Anyway, I just don't see the opportunity for the Republicans to cheat in the ways that the Dems have.

Going to court may not be agreat idea, but it is a way to stall. Yes GW could make sure that in a trial ALL the dirty laundry got aired. If it was me I'd make sure that that would happen, even if it meant taking a bunch of hits myself. I'd atleast make sure he came to hell with me. Suing would mean that there wont be a decisive electorate set for mid December and that would give Whore a chance to buy some electors. Remember not all states have legal ramifications for not voting the way the popular vote for the state went. There is even literature in the Federalist papers saying that the electors should use the popular vote as a guide, but still vote their conscience. The Whore could lobby electors to vote their conscience. To do this he will have to make sure that Florida stays up in the air. If he manages to invalidate the Florida election then nobody has the 270 requisite before mid December and the vote goes to the Congress where the Repubs own both houses. He will try to steal electorate votes if Florida falls to Bush.

Even if they do cheat, so what? Remember one thing and remember it clearly; the is "no controlling legal authority!" Gore's Clinton Clones are counting on it. They can violate the law with impuny and so what if the Congress is Republican? They've shown the world once already that they don't have the cajones to stand up for what is right.

The CCs rigged the Missouri vote and the loser doesn't have the spine to stand up and say that this is wrong. In fact, he says that he will not even participate in any legal sortie against the CCs!

The CCs rigged the vote in PRC to allow aliens to vote, and no one in the Media will dare to raise any questions or objections.

The CCs will find a way to rig the vote in Florida (and make it look like a Bush conspiracy too) so that the head CC can get into office to hold the seat until Hillary is ready to take it in 2004.

"No controlling legal authority" will be the refrain for the next decade or two while we suffer through Gore's and then Clinton's presidencies. And no one will leave their TVs long enough to look out the window and watch the gunowners and other undesirables being assasinated by the JBTs that will have been hired and trained to carry out any order given them, no matter how illegal. (Why get up? The view will be better on COPS or AMW as it is broadcast live to a nation of stupid sheep.)

Well, it's happening. I heard last night that a "poll worker" "found" a box of ballots that he "mixed up in his personal stuff". WTF? WTFWTFWTFWTF!!!!!????? This is utter crap! NAACP whinin' their heads off, Dems cheating like crazy and getting away with it. Bush is only up 941 votes now...I'll bet Gore KNEW the shi* was gonna be rigged, and THAT'S why he publicly said he will "respect the rule of law and cede the victory" if the count turns up for Bush. HE ONLY SAID THAT SO PUBLIC OPINION WILL BE AGAINST BUSH WHEN THEY CHEAT THEIR WAY TO MY WHITE HOUSE!

Amen Maxi, no one conceeds defeat when the ballots have still yet to be counted. That, as you said, was set up to assure the amerikan publik of the validity of the elektion. He knew he would win before the first vote was cast.
 
The full force of the liberal government is being unleashed to usher Gore into the Whitehouse. What can we possibly do? Stand in their way? Do you want a Janet Reno MP5 in your face?

If they are "extras" ie "stuffers", the number of ballots from that precinct won't match the signatures and they will be invalidated. If said poll worker took ballots home they will fail chain-of-custody and will be invalidated.

The absentee ballots are the key- since the Dem's don't know how much they'll have to cheat to win.

With all of the observers present it is going to be difficult to cheat on the re-count. The court challenges are of some concern, but its a double-edged sword for Gore. Red Bull and TAZ are probably closest to the most likely scenario.
