About 7 years or so ago, I purchased a S&W 29-3 .44 Magnum in excellent condition for $650. I would rate it at 98%. The only flaw is a small ding in one of the grips.
A couple days after I had purchased it, I showed it to my dad. After that, he asked me repeatedly if I was ready to sell it haha. Finally, I got tired of hearing him, so I sold it to him for what I paid for it.
Over the years, I regretted selling that 29-3. Finally, the other day my dad said he was thinking about selling that 29-3, because he never shoots it and it just sits in his safe. He shot 12 rounds through it in 7 years.
Well, I had a S&W 360SC 357 Magnum that he really liked, so we did a straight trade. I also gave him two holsters. The 360SC is in like new condition as well.
So I finally got my S&W 29-3 back, and I am happy about that. Now, maybe in another 7 years I'll get my 360SC back from my dad
