I.D. of 1911 Slide

I have just purchased a used and somewhat hot rodded 1911. In searching out some trick parts, I find that some are for Govt. Models and some are for 70-80 Series Models. How do I identify precisely which slide is currently on my .45?

First of all, the slide is blue and appears
un-refinished.

On the left side is the following:

PATENTED APR 20, 1897. SEPT9, 1902
DEC 19, 1905. FEB 14, 1911. AUG 19, ---3

(Colt Horse Emblem)

COLT'S PT. F. A MFG CO
HARTFORD,CT. USA

On the right side of the slide, 1/2" in front of the ejection port, is the
following:

COLT AUTOMATIC
CALIBRE 45

Needless to say it's a full-size 1911, with a 7-3/8" long slide. There are 19 vertical cocking serrations below the rear sight, starting just forward of the safety notch (on the left side), continuing forward for a distance of about 1-1/4."

I do not know if it was GI issue.

Thanks.
