I Bought A Revolver Today!

After all the time I spent here and at other forums, I finally made up my mind and bought a GP100 today.:) Its the ss 4" version.

I haven't had the opportunity to shoot it yet, but I will let you all know how things go when I put a few rounds through it.

Thanks to all who gave input and suggestions, and put up with all my questions. I really appreciate it!

I concur with my friend, Eric. You should have 0 problems
with that fine Ruger GP-100, as its built like a tank. I
always like Ruger's Security-Six series; but the GP-100's
are even better.:D  :)

Best Wishes,

I strongly agree with Eric and Dan. I own two KGP-141s, and believe they are the ideal, all-around revolver as well as the current best value for in-production handguns. Your grandchildren will enjoy this Ruger -- it is that reliable and durable.

Some people find the initial DA trigger pull somewhat rough. This will become smoother with use and Ruger encourages dry firing.

Congratulations and enjoy the GP-100.
:)
