I bought a new 9mm, finally

I posted a while ago and was considering which of a few 9mm's to purchase. Thanks to all for the feedback then, it was very helpful in choosing.

Anyway, I did finally buy a CZ 75B. I like the trigger! Sweet and it came with one Hi-Cap mag. (I haven't found any more in stock anywhere). For the price, $325.00 I think the quality was superb! It's quite accurate too, I was able to shoot a 3" group at 25yds which is more than acceptable in my book.

Yes twas new, from a store in Newington, CT. Hoffman's, on the burlin tpk.
 
I also frequent Hoffmans. My preference is NGX though. They're much more personable. I find that I nearly have to drag the guys at Hoffmans over to the case by their ear, whereas at NGX, I walk in the door and they call me by my name and ask what I'm looking for. Hard to beat Hoffmans on alot of prices though, especially on knives.
 
You can get new, factory, high-cap mags from a guy on the CZ Forum for $38 plus shipping, but it sounds like he is finally almost out (his supplier dried up, I doubt if he'll find another at the same price). You can also order them directly off the CZ website for $48. I don't see order info but I know you can order accessories directly because a buddy got grips that way (there is an email option, maybe they could tell you how to order). Excellent choice. THe CZ-75B is an excellent 9MM. Now you need a BHP and an HK P7.

You're right on the CZ, very good quality and a solidly built firearm. I've enjoyed shooting it a lot.

Thanks on the moniker, I was thinking of adding a second line like "Come and take them, if you dare." But I thought that was too provocative. :)

The Browning High Power I liked also, just a bit pricey, but very nice feel in the hand. As for the HK, I'd rather have an HK MP5! I bet the .gov would have a little problem with that though. :p
