I picked up a model 60 Smith and Wesson about a month ago. Today was the first day I had it at the range. I was shooting 158 grain ball 38 special ammo.
By the way this is a stainless, 3" barrel.
I was shooting at targets about 15 yds. I could not believe i was in the center of the target every shot.
I had automatics and could not keep them even close to the center of the target. Anyway I had a great day.:):)
 
Is that a 60 no dash ? .38 special only ? I picked up a 60-9 in .357 and it's a blast ! Mine sees more 38s than 357s.
 
It is a no dash . Yes, it shoots 357 and 38 specials. This is the first fire arm in fifty years that I can honestly say it fits me. I have hsd many pistols both semi and revolvers, but this has proven to be the best suited for me.
