I've been searching for a 4.25"1911 for along time. Seems everybody, except colt, makes 4". Does anybody know the quality of these guns? I'm especially interested in the slide and frame as a base gun to have a 'smith build into my everyday carry gun. I would prefer the blued version, if the quality and durability of the steel is equal. I would especially like to hear from 1911'smiths on the quality and any experience you have had with i.a.i. 1911's. I would also like to hear from guy's that own or have owned a i.a.i. 1911. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Terry
