Hypothetical - Plans for powder and weapons

I am suggesting absolutely nothing illeagal. It is not my intention to get this forum in trouble.

With that said, what if one day free citizens are driven underground to satiate their "violent, selfish needs" for safety and personal property? Suppose "civillian" weapons are no longer produced or obtainable, nor smokeless powder.

Anyone have any do-it-yourself type plans, for when the government goes socialist? Are there places to get plans for relatively easily manufactured weapons of the past? Are such plans illegal? Can anyone name candidate weapons for basement production?

How about recipies for powder? It doesn't strike me as something you'd want to whip up in the kitchen sink

Seems like a fairly cheap insurance plan. With every TFL'er having locked away in their time capsule a set of plans for the British Sten and a simple powder recipie, and with machine tools and basic chemical compunds readily obtainable in this country, seems a hostile dictatorship would have a pretty hard time cutting off our arms. <G>

Any ideas? I'm a young shooter, and who knows where this country will be in 20 years.

Point 1: Those who have comprehensive plans, ain't tellin. That would be kinda silly, wouldn't it?

Point 2: Are we being watched? Yeah, probably. So? At least The Bees That Power have some clue of what they're up against.
 
Lots of things can be improvised. Do your homework and read your history. I would suggest reading accounts of underground, unconventional, and resistance warfare. There are lessons to be learned from the American Indians, French Resistance, Viet Cong, Polish Resistance, former POW's etc.

Second and third source all formulae for things that go bang. There are some very unstable recipies in print.

Patience and skill with a wrist rocket can get you a better weapon, or fresh meat. Or both.
