Hunting Blinds (anyone use them?)

Anyone have a hunting blind they really like? I am not looking to spend
$300+ on one though. Here are a couple I have been looking at though. Would like to hear about ones you all have and use. I will be using it for archery mostly. My 9 year old daughter is really into wanting to go out. I have a hard time keeping her still so I figure if I get one she can sit with a blanket on a comfortable chair and enjoy a hunt a little more.

Thanks in advance for any info

The Other Blind

At first I thought this thread was about hunting without eyesight.

Thank God its the other kind of blind.:D

just make sure you get one big enough to get 2 people and gear in even the cheap ones work fine as long you brush them in a little. I use them all the time got three or four.Alittle brush in time you have a nice man cave.:D:D

Most of the ones I have looked at have plenty of room inside for 2 people. My daughter doesn't take up much room. I have shot out of tight treestands with no problem. My concern is the window height. Any of you have one that the windows where in bad locations to shoot out of?

Ok so after more research on my own I am leaning toward this one

Primos® Ground Max® Vision™ Hunting Blind

I am pretty sure it will have enough room in it for 2 people and I can still draw my bow. Again any thoughts on this blind or other ones anyone has used would be great. Really want to get one within the next couple of weeks so I can get my daughter out and shoot a deer.

double bull

I buy last years model of double bull blinds and yes they are expensive.
I buy them after the season on sale.
I have hunted in one slighty smaller that used wire hoops and it was too small for two men.
I have bought one every other year for about 6 years. I set up two and keep the third for spur of the moment locations.
The Ameristep Doghouse is the one that was too small in my opinion.

bcarver....Thanks.

I found the Primos Vision for $219 at Cabela's a little more than I wanted to spend but I have a coupon for $20 off so that helps. I don't want to spend a ton of money since I will likely only use it 3 or 4 times a year but I want one that will last. Just trying to get an idea of where the diminishing returns are on price vs quality.

Do NOT buy the Bone Collector or the other Ameristep product.

For details check out my post in the hunting products area. In short... my was problems right out of the box and Ameristep's so called customer service is a joke!!!!!!

I can also tell you that the one I bought the bone collector to replace was a generic brand 'hub style' like some of your other pics and it was fantastic. I left it out for 2+ years (hunted deer, turkeys, and coyotes out of it) and it was great.

If you can't find my post drop me a PM and I will fill you in on the details of the problems with my blind and Ameristep.
