I quit shooting Bullseye Pistol in 2006 after a bad motorcycle accident. Messed up my right shoulder real bad. I was going through my gun room last night and ran across my Baikal IZH35M that I used in the .22 portion of matches. So I lubed it up this morning and took it to a indoor 50 foot range for some good old memories. First slow fire target, I shot a 97. Hummm, maybe I still got it in me? But by the time I got about half way into the 90 shots, my shoulder hurt so bad I could no longer hold the pistol up. Maybe some exercise to strengthen things up, and I might get back into competition? Never give up, isn't that what they say?
