Hum.... .45 ACP or...

tactical nuke for self defense?

I'm thinking .45. The tactical nuke is just that, tactical, which means it's lacking power.

Right?

I'm gonna have to go with .45 ACP, as I couldn't find an IWB holster for a tactical nuke. If you find one, let me know..

For a tactical nuke, this might be considered the equivilant of an IWB holster:

Mike,

If you wish to make the .45 more powerful, just get the spring set to allow your .45 'tactical' to use .45 SMC. That's Short Magnum Cartridge'. AKA .45 Super with small size primers.

230 gr JHP at 1100 from a 5 inch barrel. Add to that a good 12 guage (tactical of course.)

Not a nuke, but maybe you can do with a MOAB.

Don't get me wrong here. I like tactical nukes (EBN?) with the tac lights and vertical fore grips, but you've got to admit there is something about a beautifully blued and engraved traditional nuke with just a touch of tasteful engraving and polished walnut furniture.

Unfortunately, here in Kalifornia they are almost as illegal as AR-15s. Maybe we can get an off list nuke lower group buy going?

Nothing says "wipe all life from a area" like a tactical nuke. The hardest thing is carrying somekind of shielding around, unless your plan is to you really fast after lobbing it.

I'm not sticking a nuke of any kind down my pants. Radiation does Baaadddd things!
