My understanding is that this will be the first piece of legislation through, pertaining to 2A. This is coming from 2 separate, well-placed contacts within NRA-ILA. That will be followed by NCCR. Also, it will be awhile before there is any movement on Hughes Amendment. The quote was "there are still jurisdictions around the US trying to ban handguns."
