Howa question

What kind of stock do you have? I believe they have only come in a synthetic stock for a couple of years, and I don't know about them. I ordered my 1500 .30-06 in a laminated wood stock and it is free-floated, am not sure about how it is bedded, but it does shoot.

The synthetic stock is the one I'm looking at. I'm not sure if they're available in laminated wood these days.
 
I have a Howa 1500 in .308 with the synthetic stock. It's not bedded or floated. It's a decent stock, but I will eventually replace it. Go to http://www.boydboys.com. They have a pretty good selection of drop in replacement stocks for the 1500's. You can also download their catalog and browse it off line.
