Howa 1500 trigger

Is it necessary to put silicone back on the screws and locking nuts,after adjusting the trigger?To me, it just looks like it was placed on there for warranty or liability reasons.

The factory thread locker is supposed to keep screws from accidentally turning, but it will not stop a determined person with a screwdriver. If you are worried about vibration, use some thread locker.

After you get done on that trigger make very sure your safety still works - those ttriggers are trigger block safeties!

love those Howa 1500s

I built up a .308 on a Howa 1500 action with a #3 contour barrel from Shilen and I am getting half moa with handloads.. I love it...In my opinion Howa's have been overlooked and underrated..
