How to shrink a "slip on grip?

Looking for idea's on how to shrink a slip on grip (like a Houge), bought a Limbsaver slip on grip for my Glock 26 but did not like how it felt. So I thought why not try it on my LCR w/CT grips, well it's a little loose so I'm asking if anybody has a home remedy to shrink it down to fit.

I dont think you can shrink it down. You might try putting a piece of inner tube on the grip and then slip the Hogue over the inner tube.
 
For some reason this "How to Shrink a Slip on Grip". Was very hard for me to say. Now I'm saying it like it was nothing to it. Try saying it real fast. lol!
