Below is a video of how to remove the magazine disconnect on any M&P series pistol. As I mention in the video, I generally don't recommend filing down the sear as some people do since the sear is made of hardened MIM (metal injected molding). Filing the sear exposes the softer, non hardened, metal which could result in failure of the sear with high round count usage.
