Well done and it's us that should thank you for your work. This is exactly how I do mine and after I get the required arch profile, I have a polishing bit that I use on the entire inside of the opening. Basically it provides and nice hone finish. I feel this makes a difference but who knows. ...... :rolleyes:

it definitely can't hurt to polish, I just make sure there are no jagged edges as it isn't really a part that effects the firing mechanism.
