Do not know if they can be "fixed". However, please post more information. What gun is that" For what purpose (compensator?),were the holes drilled for? etc.

That's why they drill them, there is NO way to fix the holes and have a safe weapon again. Even if you filled them and somehow your plug can withstand the pressure, you cannot make the inside smooth enough to allow passage of a bullet.

You can't. That is why they were drilled like that in the first place, to render the firearm unusable.

If that particular firearm is able to be owned by you legally in a functional condition, the only safe thing to do would be to have the barrel replaced.

Tell us what it is please.

Going out on a limb here, but judging by the German file name on the picture it's an inactivated machine gun which can be purchased there without restrictions. Typically those have the barrel welded to the receiver to prevent you from changing it.

I think you're right mapsjanhere,

In continental Europe guns can get a certificate that they are rendered non-functional and then they're free for sale.

grete56,

You are aware that converting a wallhanger to a functional firearm is illegal right?

my equipment

there is no chance to replace whole barrel, I have only a short piece of semi-factured barrel, but I dont know if it is possible to replace just that part with 3 holes

I can also make a steel bandage ( a tube around the drilled part of the barrel) and I also have a welder to fill these holes

You may need to use a whole roll.

Maybe it is a ported barrel :D. In all seriousness there is nothing you can do to save the barrel. Also like everyone said, making it functional will probably be illegal.

Grete56 what you are contemplating is very dangerous. It is also likely to not be legal for you to convert this weapon to a functional state. What weapon is it and where do you live.

+1 to what everyone else said.... leave the gunsmithing to the pro's... "steel bandage... welder"
your gonna hurt yourself.... dont need more people making gun owners look stupid either.... seriously:)

No fix situation, not even for smith. Its meant to be a shelf piece. Its probably got a few parts that have been welded to make the weapon a permanent wall hanger. Besides the serial number is listed in some database somewhere as decommissioned and it's a felony to make the weapon functional. If I were you I would seal the holes, grind and sand it smooth refinish it to make look better.

Thee is no fix for that, and if you tried, depending on your location, it might even be illegal to fix.
