This info was taken off of another board. i have followed it and it works.
"Getting the bolt apart is not nearly as tricky as getting it back together. That said, be REAL sure you are curious and resourcefull enough to stay with it. My bonefides in this Reply to this message matter are that I have built a centerfire bolt for mine, so needless to say, I've had it
apart a time or two.
Chronological (this Step one, there are 3 positions to the safety lever after the bolt is removed) receiver. The 3rd position is blocked while the bolt is in place. This is the removal position. Before placing the safety lever IN this position, take the punch (supplied in the tool kit, that hopefully came with the gun) or some other suitable pin to hold compression on the firing pin spring. Make sure that the bolt is NOT in the cocked postion by rotating the bolt handle and lowering the "hammer". Look on the underside of the bolt at the slotted area the hammer sear rides in. At the very rear you will see a spring backing block, as you rotate the safety lever a hole will be exposed between detents. Take the punch, place it in this hole, and compress the firing pin spring. This will remove the pressure from the detent on the safety lever cap. Rotate the cap to the 3rd position and it can be removed. BE CAREFULL now, if you release the punch from the hole parts WILL fly. Cover the end of the bolt with a cloth to catch the spring backing block. At this point the hamme and firing spring will fall out. The same punch (in the kit) is the right size to remove the dowel holding the firing pin in as well.
To reassemble the bolt, everything goes back in reverse order. The trick is compressing the fireing pin spring enough to get your punch back in the &%(@*&)@ hole. I finaly made a hollow pusher, but I have used the screwdriver (from the tool kit)to do it with. Placing the "tool" against a sturdy vertical surface (loading bench works well) Press the bolt into the tool, holding the pin ready in one hand. As soon as the hole becomes visible, pin it. From here it's just insert the cap in the 3rd position and rotate."
You really need three hands. Be very careful reassembling and keep the bolt end pointed away from your face. Good luck.
