How to attach a Beamshot 1000 to Remington 870?

Does it have any mounting surfaces, or anything like a Weaver or such? I Googled it- if it's the tubular-looking one, you might need to install a Weaver rail with rings that can accept it.

You could try one of these in about a month.

Hey....I like that mount. So...why in a month? Are you making these? Is there a plate on the other side or curved fitting that holds it in place? Is it available in black?

They will be ready for sale July 6th. Here is a pic of the other side. There is a sling swivel base there now but you can put one of our rails (2 styles) in that spot when you remove the sling swivel base. You could also put the light mount on the opposite side instead.

This is the MODC, Multi Optional Design Clamp for BMT (barrel/magazine tube) clamps. There is a family of clamps that holds a light, a laser, a picatinny rail and a sling swivel. They can form over 12 combinations depending on components and how you use it. Here is the component family.

These clamps are smaller (1" wide), lighter, and hold lights closer to the weapon than anything out there. They have Helicoils for thread strength and bolt retention in the clamp. They are also priced considerably less than comparable items. The pictures shown here are in the raw material, 6061 aircraft aluminum, machined from billet in the USA. They will be hard coat anodized black. The rail shown in the above picture is for demonstration purposes and not one of the ones we will be selling. For more info, and special offers, check the website at www.candewman.com

Here are the 3 clamp styles for mounting light or laser.
The 2 on the left will be on sale for $39.90.
The first one holds a 3/4" bodied laser.
The second one holds a 1" bodied light.
The one on the far right will include a mounting rail
and will be on sale for $29.85
Basically, you'll be saving $10 off the regular price in July.

Candewman, Those are very nice. For each model, I assume the side that has the fastener also includes a sling swivel. Is that right? I plan to use your product in place of the barrell clamp that has the stud for the swivel.

Can you confirm?

There is a sling swivel dock that can be attached as an option but is not included. This holds a QD push button sling swivel. Other docks are planned. The dock is made of steel and treated with a black oxide finish. Sling swivels are sold separately, usually around $10 on the web, and the docks are $14.95. I don't have a supplier yet for the sling swivels or I would offer them as well for convenience sake. Removal of the sling still allows access to the clamping screw without having to take everything off. This goes for any rail we make that you attach as well. You can undo the clamp with the rail attached. I don't think there is anything else out there that allows this. You can see from the picture on the right that a rail and a dock is attached to the basic clamp. The rail shown is a 6 slot rail with 2 positions. They retail for $16.95. You can also get a 3 slot rail with 1 position for $10.95. Hope this answers some questions.
