A couple of months ago I switched from 9mm semiautos to a Uberti made 1858 Remington .36 bought second hand for a sensible price.
After a few sessions at the firign range I am completely addicted to the "Zen tea ceremony" of loading the gun, the satisfaction in firing it, never go outside the "7" of the international pistol target at 25 metres), the fun in cleaning it in the kitchen sink with my kids, casting my own bullets...
I've noticed from the beginning that there is a slight play both longitudinal and lateral of the cylinder, in the reason of the tenth of millimetre, and I assumed that is normal, after all with the buildup of crud from the BP and with the metal dilatation with heath it would bind up quite fast if there wasn't a little play.
Am I right or should I worry about it?
TIA
