The first has no date on it. It's a Galls.??
The second, Pasgt vest x-large 11 lbs.

The Galls says model LT
The flak vests very widely depending upon which surplus store you buy it at. It was not designed to stop bullets. Normally $50-100. Any more and you are getting robbed.
Without knowing the level of protection and the age of other vest it is near impossible to tell. However if it is one of the Zylon models you might have to pay someone to take it. The fact that it is missing the label tells me that it is likely zylon, and therefore worth maybe $20 to a paintball player.
ETA- You should be able to access the ballistic panel inserts from a flap on the inside that should provide you with info. If the inserts are missing it is worth even less.
