In addition, if you are man enough to wear one out, you can have it rebuilt.
Some suppressors are pretty tough. I have an AR15/M16 suppressor, an AAC M4-2000, that is rated for unlimited full auto including belt fed machine guns. The baffles are made from inconnel. I have been told this is a material used for very high temperature applictions such as internal parts of jet engines. It wouldn't be easy to wear one out.
If you are concerned with wearing one out, you can buy one of these cans that is rated for heavy full auto use. Even Tactical Innovations makes a .22 can rated for serious full auto use.
