How good are pre-ban PWA receivers???

I'm about to purchase a PWA lower pre-ban ---the seller is keeping his upper. How good are the PWA receivers? About how much are they worth??? I'm pretty much comitted, so I'm just wondering if I'll be re-selling it, or if it's a keeper. Ser# is in the 28XXX range. Thanks in advance!!!
 
we bought 5 PWA commando lowers just b4 they changed the law changed in CA last Jan. we've built up 2, as m4's w/a2 stocks, so far and they look and shoot fine :); just had to shave the hammer a bit for clearence...must be nice to have an option :p. i think we paid about $100 for them.
