How does Pow'R ball's kick? Revolvers and Semi's.

Mainly out of a small .380 aprox 20oz. AMT Back-up. I've shot them out of a Ruger SP101, but I can't recall how the recoils was. This is for an old lady, her cheap son want's to buy it from me, not sure about the gun, or the ammo, but it does seem to function with WWB FMJ.
