Works just like an O/U [ break open ]. $ 85 ?? Guns like this used to be made in large numbers here in the past .Cheaply made ,not for extensive use.

A young shooter at my club started with one of those. Very light, short length of pull. It kicked so much he soon bought a Citori trap o/u. It is a single shot.

To play devils advocate that one is actualy good quality. Made by baikal russia and imported and sold under remington spartan. I own a baikal and it is a tank. Also it looks nice for the price. I say go for it.

We've used plenty of cheepo single shot 20guages over the years for grouse hunting. It will be fine.

They are actually pretty solid. I got to shoot one of the Spartan 20 Gauges. They're better quality then the NEF single shots also sold at Wally World. I have a Baikal SxS 12 gauge that's pretty sweet for the money. The Spartans come out of the same factory.

A young shooter at my club has one. It seems to work ok so far,, it is just that it knocks the snot outa him with recoil. I think he is looking to trade it in.
