How do you send HCI e-mail?

I viewed the HCI web site for the first time last night but for some reason, it is not possible to send them E-Mail. Gee, you don't think it's because with all socialist organizations dissenting viewpoints are not allowed? In any event, all I wanted to do was give them my take on gun control. It is as follows: I am in favor of full handgun control. Utilizing the correct breathing techniques, employing the proper grip, squeezing the trigger with uniform pressure and taking a solid stance to control a well-oiled, finely tune pistol so that it will hit it's mark is a wonderful thing! Oh well, you can't win them all.

You can't....reason being that they don't want to be subject to the same tactics they themselves perform, i.e e-mail bombing, port attacks and various other hacks and jabs

Trying to uncover an e-mail address for HCI has long been a pro-gun internet junkie exercise. Best one can get is their internet host (IP) but they change (or are dropped?) every 6 months or so. Last time I checked was about 6 months ago and their IP at the time was a professional, business only IP based in Wash DC....they(the IP) had a client list and that was circulated around the Net

I just checked and HCI's host is different now (hehehe)...its an outfit out of Toronto Canada now (who wisely do not show their client list):
