When speaking of +p rounds and ammo how do you say it? Do you say plus p? Also, how do you say the different variants of +p?

There's plus p and there's plus p plus.Not complicated at all .Those two differentiate Standard pressure .
So simple even a rocket scientist can do it .

Actually, I could never figure out the "proper" spoken version of it, so rather than ask, I just called 'em "Over-pressure"

The proper term is Plus Pee.

This is because +P is simply an abbreviated version of the type of ammo, which is "Plus Pressure", or hotter loaded than standard ammo.
Since there isn't enough room on a case head for the whole thing, they use +P.
