how do you remove pressed in grips?

Loosen the grip screw about half way out and gently tap on the screwhead with the handle of the screwdriver until it pops the off-side panel loose. Remove that panel and reach through the grip frame with a flat tipped punch and tap at each corner until it comes loose. GO SLOW AT TAP LIGHTLY! :eek:
