how do you guys wear your "woods guns", especially if you bowhunt?

so i picked up a glock 29 a couple weeks back to be my dedicated woods gun (more and more instances of black bear run ins here, plus the occasional 2 legged threat), and i was curious how most of you carry. I bowhunt and ill be up and down trees, so i need something very safe, but also that wont get in my way when im climbing or shooting my bow. I suppose i could carry in a regular holster to and from stands and then put it in a backpack when im up the tree.
 
Ruger Security Six snubnose in an Uncle Mikes nylon holster at about the 4 o'clock position. This puts it out of the way for pretty much everything except when I want to shift over and sit on my right buttock.
 
do you wear yours iwb or owb? Ive been looking at some of the molle holsters, like a leg holster, or maybe one on my hunting vest (it has molle webbing all over it).
