How do M48 Yugo Mausers shoot?? Look and see.....

I am of the opinion that the recoil is not as bad as my REM ADL .30-06 due to the greater weight of my M48A.
Wish mine shot point of aim. It's 8in high at 100 yard with my rear sight bottomed out.

That's some shooting, amigo. My excuse this week is that my eyes are not good enough. Last week, it was the miserable sights. I think I'll abandon the sights excuse altogether soon.

If you are gettin' to the age (like I am) that you need special glasses to read, then you ALSO need special glasses for shooting with iron sights. Exact same effect, for the exact same reason..... age.

If you don't believe it, or just don't want to admit it, then you are fooling yourself and wasting a lot of ammo trying to make small groups when it "just ain't gonna' happen".

I recently went through a period where my groups were opening up, big time. Discouraging. Realized one day that the front sight was not as sharp as it used to be. Got me a pair of shooting specs made up. Now I see the post like I used to, and my groups are back like they should be....... small.

Try it, you'll like it....
