How do I go about getting information on crime statistics? Because a few days ago I heard something on the radio about how Japan has a higher violent crime rate among juveniles the US. And I don't remember where the person on the radio said he got that information.

Try the FBI/Justice department web site, they publish national stats. I don't have the URL, but I bet you could find it with a search engine, or maybe try www.doj.gov, etc.? Good luck
