How do I find CDNN and what in the world IS it?

Everybody keeps telling everybody else to look at CDNN because they've got gun X or ammo Y for z dollars--but I can't figure out what it is! Is this place online? If so, what is the address? I've been trying variations on www.cdnn.com with no success. Thanks!
