How do I adjust front sight of SKS

I have the tool that adjusts the front sight of my SKS and I know how it adjusts the front sight up and down. How do you adjust the front sight horizontally? Do I have to wack it over? I tried tapping it but I stopped and figured I should post this before I destroy the barrel.

You should have the tool that consists of a 1/2" thick C-Clamp with a threaded T-handled notched front sight tool that screws into the C-shaped opening. This is the mechanical press that you use to drift the front sight with. Underneath the front sight post there is an area where this device can be used, it should appear as a 3/8" round pin that will drift the rear sight.
