If we loose our 2nd am. right it will be through a treaty not a war. Im asking all gun owners to do an internet search on the terms,''north american union'',and the ''security and prosperty partnership'', and '' amero currency'' and ''eminent domain nafta'' . Please research these issues and tell others to do so also. I wish I could say this is a hoax or a joke but this is dead serios stuff that our government is planning and currently doing. Treaties are the one way our constitution can be legally removed without a vote of the people. THe bush administratio is also working on removing the ''posse comatatus '' law. citizens with guns will be a primary target of these changes and they will confiscate . But dont believe me search and see for your selves, but be prepared to be shocked !!!

Im typing with one finger so this may be short, But you will find 1.our country can loose its constitution without a single shot being fired. 2.they started implementing a plan of one continent government over ten years ago. 3. it will first be seen as a nafta super coridor up through the middlke of the u.s. ( I 35) 4. the eminent domain law now allows them to give land to private corps. 5. A spain company that will own the nafta super coridor for 50 years and charge us a toll to drive on it 6. removal of habios corpus law and a new cotract to build many us detainment camps to deal with the irrate and defiant land owners that will be forced off of thier land 7. some of this corridor will be given to and become mexican soviern soil.8. mexican trucks will come clear up to kansas city before being inspected. 9. They are already planning our new currecy the''amero'' will be the north american unions new money.10. They have started sculpting a new form of parliment government called the NAU triumvirate. 11. We are currently training the mexican millitary to handle the coming unrest in mexico, its called the school of the americas. 12. The us military will and has already started becoming a north american military not a us military. it is called the u.s. northern command , run by gen Eberhard. he has stated that he will have the posse comitatus law under perpetual review for ''changes and adapting''. under his domain is also NORAD and the U.S. SPACE COMMAND. 13.this plan is guided by the security and prosparity partnership agreement with mexico and canada.

I really hope Im wrong but I fear I am not. There is currently a house resolution submitted by 4 congressmen demanding that this is stopped and an investigation into the back room deals that have been moving this stupidity forward. p. s. they are republican congressmen.

THE theys are the presidents of canada, mexico, and usa plus the council on forien relations,heads of multi national corps, proffessors of soc. econ. studies. and varios other yahoos with no concern for our costitution . Do some digging on this and you will find so so many things you will wish you didnt know. god help us!

Wait, if this is going to be one unified government, then your statement negates that, because then it will be one country and one government right? So how can it be mexican sovereign soil?

1AKPatriot is referring to the NORTHCOM operation which was formulated to compliment the North American Partnership, both poised perfectly to work in conjunction with the "John Warner Defense Authorization Act, (Section 1097 specifically) which effects Posse Comitatus, and is correct to be asking folks to research it themselves.

It is concerning to read off a government web-site that a "trilateral network of law enforcement" is planned with Mexico and Canada pursuant to an unconstitutional treaty "made" in August of 2005 without a single vote in the Senate. (Info available at www.spp.gov)

I have researched the NAP and the Northcom issue heavily, and have posted many things about it on this site as they relate to the new Military Commissions Act and the John Warner Act. Northcom is the military policing agency which will be in control once any president determines to enact the provisions of the John Warner Defense Authorization Act.

1AKPatriot has apparantly recently done some research, and has attempted to alert others to look for themselves. He is more than correct in doing so. He is not asking us to do research for him. It appears he is asking us to do research for ouselves and our posterity, as he has touched on many factual issues, but has made the dreaded mistake of not listing each and every scintilla of evidence, in chronological order complete with sub section references.

But the man is right he states that there is a plan for martial law to be declared solely and singularly by the president at his or her sole discretion if he or she decides that "domestic violence" or "civil disobedience" has occurred anywhere in the U.S.

There is a treaty which is setting up a "trilateral law enforcement partnership" (the NAP) and "cross border assistance" with the NORTHCOM set up, and the Military Commissions Act, and the John Warner Defense Authorization Act allows for this, along with a citizen being declared an "enemy combatant" for the mere act of "engaging in conspiracy" theories which "embolden the enemy" (said enemy to be named later) and taken in conjunction, it basically voids the entire Constitution at such time as the president determines he or she wishes to do so.

Thanks to 1AKPatriot for trying to bring this type of stuff to our attention.

Before you decide...

Try going to www.spp.gov, and look over the signed "Memorandum of Understanding" (one the very same government site which says in it's "Myth vs. Fact" link that no documents were ever signed on this treaty) documents and the announcement letter from the president referencing the "inauguation of the agreement" (i.e., "making of a treaty") which allows for the "trilateral network of law enforcment" which they plan to utilize, and really read some of the intent statements of the "agreement".

He is trying to point you to www.spp.gov, and some of the other things such as "Northcom" (just google it) and the John Warner act in conjunction with Northcom.

Lemme understand this:
- If the US, CAN and MEX all agree to step up checks at certain border choke-points, that's a Treaty?
- If they "act in a coordinated manner to meet any threats" of pandemic flu, this is a Treaty?
- When the three countries agree that "The SPP initiatives form a comprehensive agenda for cooperation among the three countries of North America while respecting the sovereignty and unique cultural and legal heritage of each country", that's a blueprint for the sale of the US to a trilateral overseer?

I still have a good supply of aluminum foil!

I note that in recent years the liberals on SCOTUS have repeatedly cited
foreign law in their decisions, the most notoroius being Lawrence vs. Texas,
the 2003 decision striking down sodomy laws, the majority opinion cited Acts of the British Parliament. So much for the Declaration of Independence. This
prompted a number of Members of Congress to start what they called the "Second Declaration of Independence", which declared that inappropriate reliance on foreign law undermined US sovreinity, the separation of powers, etc.

I have heard the North American Union discussed a couple of times on the G. Gordon Liddey Show. I am not sure how much of the information regarding this and other 'threats' to US sovereignty are real and how much are conjecture. I try to use reliable sources and multiple sources for each subject. So I submit for your scrutiny.

G. Gordon discusses many things on his show. The degree of knowledge and understanding is highly variable.

As far as this "superhighway": Look at the volume of traffic on today's Interstates. Imagine that same volume of traffic if the Interstates did not exist. Fifty years ago there were no Interstate highways.

Now, if you think the US won't grow in population and won't grow in volume of trade during the next fifty years, fine. We wouldn't need this expansionary linkup with our two largest trading partners.

In the meantime, just go out and play on Interstate 35 between San Antonio and Dallas...
