How are Don Hume Holsters?

In my opinion, Don Hume is the best inexpensive holster available. I have several of his JIT slides and a couple of the H-715 model. These are for my Glocks and Kel-Tecs.

They won't replace my custom holsters, but for the money, they're excellent.

I had one of his molded IWB's that use the clip for a 3" M65. I didn't like it because it rode too low on the gun and had a tendency to want to flip out of my cheap belt. I have an unmolded suede clip type for my Glock and I love it though. It sits low in the belt and keeps the gun snug. It also has a strong clip which is good. For the price, they are worth trying.

I've got 1 belt slide, 2 IWBs and 2 mag pouches made by Don Hume. All excellent quality at a reasonable price

I've got a Don Hume belt slide for a Sig 226 and it works very well. I've had it for at least 2 years, and use it a lot. It has held up very well.

All of my duty gear is Don Hume. I also have a belt holster H726 for my SIG P220, along with double mag pouch D421. All work well, and look good.

I have custom leather for my other handguns, but have not yet done so for the SIG. I'm not in a huge hurry.

To the gentleman who spoke about cheap belts - invest in a good one, and you won't be sorry. Any good holster maker usually includes belts as well. My custom gun leather is Waldon, and I have one of his belts. It makes all the difference to have a sturdy one.

I have used the JIT Slide for both of my Sig's(220&226)for over two years now every day. They have held up extremely well.I only paid $16 for it and in my opinion well worth the money. They are also designed to fit perfectly in between the belt loops of BDU pants which is a plus in my case.

Just received my shipment from them. Four holsters of the 726 model (G35, 1911, 220, HP). What a great design!!! Semi open front with thumb break, very fast into action. If you call Don Hume they can hook you up with "local" mail order distributors that can get you the stuff cheaper than they have it listed.
