How accurate can a .22 pocket pistol be?

How much accuracy should I expect from a .22 pocket pistol like the Beretta Bobcat or the Taurus TP-22 at 15 feet? Will they shoot to point of aim?
Thanks,
Mike

I have found my Beretta 21A to be more than accurate for such a small gun with inadequate sights. I have found it to be coke can accurate out to 20-25 yds and at the closer ranges it has shot point of aim.

Several of us here at work bought the el cheapo JENNINGS 22 on sale at $38 a piece. Bob's will hit the 12" 100yd plate every time if you can. Mine will hit tincans out to 25yds every time; it never misses...I do, but it never does.
My Bersa 22 is just short of 17,000 rds and has never malfed, shoots great, looks good.
