Hornady powder dispenser issue

I have a new Hornady LNLAP and powder is sticking to the sides of the clear plastic on the powder dispenser. How do I make that not happen?

Clean the measure really good, then wipe the inside of the hopper with a dryer cloth, the kind that reduces static electricity. I leave one in my powder measures when I'm not using them.

All new powder measures have static problems until they are coated with graphite from using them.

You could try using Static Guard on it until it get broke in. Spray some down into it and let it settle into the hopper, then let it dry for a few minutes.

It really helps.

The answers given are all good ones, but I have one more to offer. You can, after cleaning the inside of the hopper, rub the surface thoroughly with powdered graphite.....or actual gunpowder.

I actually condition my new powder measures by rubbing over the inside surfaces with a bit of gunpowder. I generally use a flake or ball type powder, rather than a stick powder (for reasons that probably seem obvious). Bullseye works great for this, for example.

Works very well. I started doing this after getting a new powder measure one time, then realizing that I had no dryer sheets on hand. So, I used what happened to be at hand - and it worked perfectly.
