Hornady Powder chk die

Can anyone confirm that this die will work with 223 REM
Hornady Powder Cop for Progressive Presses 50063
 
Yes. I just used one. Works well with the plastic insert that it comes with In place.

Carriertxv, are you sure you are looking at the same die? Hornady shows that they have 2 different ones....One for progressive press and one not...The one I am asking about is for the progressive..
 
Both dies work on the progressive press.

The power cop (part # 050063) is for the .223 and other rifle.

The lock out die is used with the control panel that is used for pistol cartridges for 9mm to 45 cal. that (part # is 044652)

Now the power cop can be used on pistol or rifle. But the lock out can only be used on pistol.

The press on the left is for rifle and it has a power cop the press on the right is for pistol and it has the lock out die.

I couldn't erase the above photo. But in that photo you can see the power cop and the lock out dies. The die with the red is the lock out.
 
Thank you for the info Drain....Just what I wanted to hear...Quite the set up you got there...All I have is a Dillon 550b, but it serves me well...Really like it.. Started out in the 70's with an RCBS Jr, then in the 80's a RCBS Ammomaster, In 2015 I had a Lee Turent press, then in 2016 bought the Dillon...Gave the others away to my kids..
 
I have Hornady 050063 Powder Cop Die. You have to turn stem around so it will fit in .223 to 30 caliber. I used it for awhile with 9mm, 38/357 and 44 magnum. But don't anymore as looking in the case is easier than looking at the o-ring for me. If I was loading 223/556 then I would probably use it even though my LNL drops very accurate charges depending on powder.

I would post picture of die and instructions but Photobucket isn't working tonight where I am.
 
I use a lock out die for all my pistol. And I will be damned if I don't look into each and every case. Like bad habits, good habits are hard to break too.
