F FlyFish New member Feb 5, 2019 #4 I loaded .45 ACP with the #1 shellplate for years with minor, but annoying, ejection issues (binding) from time to time. Tried the #45 and the problem disappeared.

I IMtheNRA New member Feb 6, 2019 #5 Back when I had a Hornady LNL-AP, I had to switch to a 45 plate because I was getting high primers. With the 45, I still had them, just not as often.

C Charlie98 New member Feb 6, 2019 #6 I just found out about the #45 shellplate... I've been using the #1 for... uh... 25 years in my ProJector. I was getting high primers with .41 Mag (only) for some reason, I readjusted the primer ram and now everything seems fine.
