No, but the price isn't horrible. Midway doesn't list 'em, but Graf's wants $38.99 per 250($155.96/1,000). $89 per 1,000 is friggin' great. Especially as MSRP is $22.19 per 100. Ignore the cannelure.

is it true bullets without a canalure are more accurate than ones with canalure

Hornady 53 flat base match is/was the bullet that delivered what I needed from my old 22/250 that I used for years on yoties.
I'm giving serious thought to ordering 1K at that price.
