Hoops needed to assemble an AR-15

I have not purchases a firearm in a while and I was thinking about purchasing an AR-15. After thinking about it for a while I thought I would try my hand at assembling one (I would purchase an assembled upper, a stripped lower w/parts, and a stock). All of these things are legal in PA. My question is: what type of paper work do I need to fill out to keep this legal (other than having the lower transfered by a FFL)? I understand there are not a lot of lawyers on here, but general guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help.

If all are legal in PA then all you need-as you said-is to do the paperwork on the lower, just as if you were buying any other gun.
