Hooded NM rear sight apertures for AR15

Has anyone here any experience with the hooded NM rear sight aperture with the interchangeable aperture dics?

There are a couple three guys out there offering .036 to .055 apertures and some even have hoods.

Before I send of about 50 to 100 bucks for the latest setup, does anyone have any round target experience with these setups?
